Yoga for groups in Kapiti

Join our Yoga group 4 times a week in Kapiti at the Waikanae Memorial Hall and over summer at the park and at the beach.

$20 single class, $100 for a month pass or $150 for 10 classes (for outdoor classes Koha is appreciated).

Wellness Retreats & Workshops

Press pause and revive. Experience a variety of Yoga classes, indulge in fresh wholesome food cooked on site, sing along live Music night whilst being surrounded by native bush and breathtaking views.

Private classes

Total beginner or recovering from injuries? A private yoga class can suit your needs. One-on-one or for small groups, book your private yoga class. $75 per class for up to 5 people. Get in touch for special offers.

Bowen-Therapy

A gentle form of body work that activates the body’s own healing mechanism. Moves are gentle and work on the connective tissue. For people with varies aches and pains including chronic fatigue, head-aches and sleep issues.

Breathe & Draw

Calm your body and mind with this relaxing art class focusing on drawing itself rather than the outcome of your work.

Tuesday 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm (restful stretch)

Wednesday 9:15 am - 10:15 am (active stretch)

Thursday 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm (mixed flow)


$20 drop-in
