Yoga for groups in Kapiti
Join our Yoga group 3 times a week in Kapiti at the Waikanae Memorial Hall and over summer at the park and at the beach.
$15 one-off or $100 for 10 classes.
Total beginner or recovering from injuries? A private yoga class can suit your needs. One-on-one or for small groups, book your private yoga class. $60 per class for up to 4 people. Get in touch for special offers.
Yoga at Waikanae Park, Kapiti
Join every Wednesday 6:30pm to 7:30pm for a beginner friendly Yoga class at the Waikanae park on Park Ave (15th of October to 21st of December). Paper-note donation appreciated.
Monday 9:15 am - 10:15 am (flow)
Tuesday 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm (restorative / yin)
Wednesday 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm (beginner flow at Waikanae Park Koha)
Thursday 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm (flow)

Anja is a very kind and gentle yoga teacher, always making sure that everyone is comfortable and relaxed. Being in the building trade I often have a sore back or tightness in my joints so I really enjoy and benefit from having some 'time out' for yoga with Anja
Anja is a fantastic yoga teacher. I love the variety and innovative combination of poses she brings to the practice. Her approach is fresh, interesting and dynamic.
