Mixed flow Yoga classes for beginners and moderate. Offering Vinyasa flows, Hatha-style Yoga, Yin yoga and Breath work, incorporating balance and mobility exercises with and without props.
I do my best to make each class accessible for all Levels, giving options to moderate or enhance shapes and movements so you get the most out of each class. Balance and Mobility are very important in daily life- use it or loose it! *See schedule on Home page |

If you want to make a healthy lifestyle change and need help to create habits that improve your life this is for you.
After a thorough consultation and assessment we'll set forth a treatment plan which, for some people, means two to four sessions and actually that's all they need. Others, might benefit from a more comprehensive program which, depending on your needs, can include dietary assessment, lifestyle strategies or personalised exercise and breathing prescription. You can experience your first session on the day of consultation.
Example: 4 Week plan includes 4x 60min sessions of Yoga one-on-one, dietary assessment and meal plan, weekly support and access to all group and online Yoga classes during package length.

Monday & Saturday 9.15am to 10.15am
Tuesday & Thursday 6.30pm to 7.30pm Join us every week for yoga at Waikanae Park on the Park ave end (close to the wrestling club). All ages and ability levels are welcome. Please bring a mat or towel. I will do my best to accommodate beginners as well as experienced yogis, giving lots of options for moderation. Thursday classes are an Intermediate difficulty for those wanting a more strenuous class. |
