Summer is here, let's make the most of it. Bring a mat or towel and join us for a restorative Beach Yoga class right by the ocean. Our Beach classes are normally yin classes, should it be cold or windy it will be more of a flow class. Please bring a hat and jacket. Cancelled if raining.
We meet just over the hill from Long Beach Tavern on the beach.
$15 Drop-in or free if you have a month pass or Park Yoga pass. You can pay cash or bank transfer on the day. All levels are welcome. Get in touch if you have any questions.

Join our (totally beginner-friendly) Breathe and Draw workshop. An art class focusing on drawing itself rather than the outcome of your work. This months class is all about Bodies in Motion. Learn more about proportions, human anatomy of Adults and children and how to make them move.
$25 fee, includes all supplies.
We meet at Hey Coasties at Waikanae Beach by the Banana trees. We will be in the outdoor area if the weather is fine, please bring a jacket just in case.

Total beginner foundation course for anyone wanting to start yoga but feeling 'not good enough' to join a Yoga class.
Consisting of 8 classes over 4 weeks you will learn how to get into positions in a safe and accessible way, breathing methods to calm, or energize your body and mind, balance and mobility postures, stretches for the very unflexible, ways to ease pain and discomfort, and most importantly have fun trying something new with others.
We meet on Monday morning at 8am at the Waikanae Presbyterian church. Pre-booking is essential, limited spots available to give you more attention.
Investment:
$200 for all 8 classes.
You need a mat and a blanket (I do have some spare).
Comfortable clothing (no jeans or too tight tights, Pjs are allowed)

Park Yoga every Monday 5:30pm (Nov to March) @Waikanae Park on Park Ave by the skate park entrance
7 years of Park Yoga! Join us for another summer season at Waikanae Park on Park ave every Monday at 5:30pm for 1 hour of Yoga (beginner friendly, don't worry) surrounded by trees and Tuis.
I will give options to modify during the class to make it suit your needs (every body is different).
All ages and ability levels are welcome. It will be a mix of vinyasa and yin depending on weather temperature and yogis on the day.

Join one class for $15 or get a season pass (Nov to March) for $100 and come to as many outdoor classes as you like over the summer (beach yoga is included). Kids and Teens under 18 can come for free.
Regulars (indoor yogis) who have a month pass can join for free.
