Tuesday 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm (restful stretch)

Thursday 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm (mixed flow)
$20 drop-in
$100 for a month pass
$150 for 10 class pass
Please bring a mat (+blanket, and pillow for the stretch classes).
