Welcome to your 30 Day Yoga journey Level 2.
Ready to get started?! This Series is made out of 5 Videos and one rest day. Creating a routine is important, so keeping the videos short and effective will get you on the right track. If you feel over-whelmed with any of the positions feel free to use blocks or pillows for support or go back to the Level 1 Journey. Make this practice your own, let go of any internal judgement along the way and accept the amazing body and mind that get you on your mat each day. Enjoy the Journey! |

Day 1
Full Body (20:35min) Head, shoulders, knees and toes. This class has a bit of everything. We work into wrist flexibility, balance, strength and some longer holds at the end. |
Day 2
Open up (24:16 min) Down dogs and cactus arms will keep your shoulders nice and strong while creating space in your upper body, with a little leg work. |
Day 3
Let go (20:16min) Goddess-pose, warriors, half-moons and pigeons are waiting for you! Day 5
Back (20:45 min) In this class we open up our front body, stretch our front fascia line and balance out the forward folds of the day. Day 7
