30 Day Journey Level 1

This Series is beginner friendly. We are starting off with a few conscious breaths, longer holds, a short flow and deep stretch. This is a short overall practice to help you create a daily yoga routine. Stick with it!

​You will need your mat and maybe for some classes. A block or a big book can support you on your Journey, but is not a requirement. Patience and acceptance can always come in handy.

Day 1

Breath, body and mind. This class creates overall wellbeing moving through traditional yoga asanas.
Day 2
​Open up and sink in

In this class we work into our shoulders, upper body and chest. Creating space with deep breaths and a supported Shavasana.

Day 3
​Lengthen and grow (24:19 min)

Hamstrings are those big muscles at the back of your legs that when very tight, can cause back pain and all sorts of issues. Take care of your body with this simple and effective yoga sequence.
Day 5
​Unwind (19:42 min)

Today we start in a baby cobra, going through cat and cows, work on our balance to strengthen our back muscles and finish in a twist.
Day 7

In this sequence we spend some time moving into our hips through slow movement and deep stretches. If you are sitting in a chair for the most part of your day, this is a great class to balance it out.
